The project involved undertaking the construction of the developments infrastructure road and sewage package, inclusive of a complex S278’s contract. This saw the delivery of a new traffic island on the existing Shelford Road, whilst maintaining public vehicular access throughout.

This large scale housing development in Nottinghamshire, of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes, has received accolades in the field of Health & Safety and Quality Management since we began our journey with William Davis Homes.
