Nestled on the edge of the Peak District within walking distance of the market town of Chesterfield and a short drive from Sheffield, this 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes site saw M&J Evans provide a well-planned and organised approach to the project. With a well-bolstered team effort, there was minimum impact and disruption to the local Community during the works.

Works comprised of:

  • PC role – 18 Weeks
  • S184 Works
  • The temporary site works including boundary fencing and tree protection fencing
  • Section278 works
  • Cut and fill operations
  • Offsite foul sewers to the outfall 
  • Offsite storm sewers to the outfall 
  • Service Mains
  • Phase 1 & Phase 2 roads/ sewers/ plot works


Project Outcomes:

  • New traffic calming road layout
  • 150 new homes built helping bring new families together
  • Further development of client relationships
