Tim started his career in construction 17 years ago, progressing into a management role for Barratt Developments and then Wates before joining M&J Evans in 2014 as H&S Manager. He later took on the role of Operations Manager before he was appointed Operations Director in 2018. In 2021 he took up the position of Contracts
