Hats off to our CEO, Chris Southgate, who will be taking on the Mind “CEO’s Challenge” by running the Brighton Marathon on April 7th 2024.
Chris has a real passion for running, but this will be his first marathon and a true test of both his physical and mental strength.
Mind is our chosen company charity at M&J and something which is very close to our hearts. Mental wellbeing is something we talk about regularly and as an organisation and we always strive to support each other through those tough times.
