It was a tremendous honour and a very proud moment for M&J to be a shortlisted finalist at the Winmark Human Resources Innovation Awards.
These awards are a true benchmark of HR excellence, not just in the construction sector but across all industry types and segments across the UK.
To be recognised as a finalist alongside some tremendous brands and businesses is a huge milestone for HR in the construction industry and truly highlights how M&J is setting new standards for HR practices and innovation in our industry.
