We’re delighted to announce that M&J North West has been awarded two new contracts with existing clients MCI Developments, delivering the Roads & Sewers and Groundworks packages across both developments.
📍 Hardman Avenue, Rawtenstall, Rossendale
The development comprises 44 new homes, incorporating a range of foundation solutions, approximately 1,500m² of carriageway construction, and drainage infrastructure ranging from 150mm to 1,500mm diameter.
📍 Trub Farm, Rochdale
Comprising 158 new homes, this development includes piled foundations throughout, extensive earthworks, approximately 4,314m² of carriageway construction, and drainage infrastructure ranging from 225mm to 600mm diameter.
These latest awards are a fantastic achievement for our North West team and another exciting opportunity to continue strengthening our relationship with MCI Developments.
